Changes to the Website

It's that time of year again, we're making changes to the website, hope you like them.

Over the next several weeks we will be tweaking the website, partially to reflect the new charity status, partly due to the changing nature of web use and of course, it's simply long over due. Hopefully you like the changes, but if you don't please let us know, all feedback, good or bad, is welcome.

The first of these is the new twitter feed over on the right hand side. This provides a quick and simple method of seeing the latest updates, much faster than the site is updated. It works even if you don't have a twitter account. We've also added a facebook like page so you can easily connect to The Lounge

Note: After testing, we have found that some versions of Internet Explorer results in this being blank. This is due to a default setting called tracking protection, often activated by a 3rd party website (such as appearing on a website not on the same "domain", such as It is sometimes flagged because if you log in here and then go to another site with a twitter feed on it, twitter will know that you previously visited our site. To fix this issue (should you wish to), in the address bar on the right hand side, there should be a little circle with a line through it, similar to a no entry symbol. Click on this and you should be able to turn it off on this website.
